My brother and I began a partnership in 1990, which eventually grew into the successful business known as Bach Builders. Our work to date has been comprised of work in the Boulder area such as additions, renovations, remodels, and interior work for both residential and commercial projects. We believe our strength and growth are due to our reputation as customer-oriented builders. Our broad range of experience and commitment to our work provides our customers with the knowledge that their best interest is always the first priority with us. We take extreme pride in our work as well as our systems of organization that are needed to complete each project. Each client and project has been professionally represented thus ultimately insuring our growth as quality and detailed builders.

Francis Bach "Contract & cost managment" Picture coming soon! Iam responsible for reviewing and detailing all aspects of the project from the start.
Further responsibilities are gathering information such as Architectural drawings, Engineer reports, and any additional information a perspective client wants to add to be reviewed.
I firmly believe that in the early stages of the project setting guidelines, detailing and an estimated pre-liminary budget will set a presence to move forward in a positive direction.
David Bach "Supervision & project oversight"
David is responsible for on sight management of all subcontractors.
His guidelines for on site management are met w/ an understanding that getting you back into your house and finalization of details are there from day one.
David is dedicated to finding quick resolutions if changes arise within our projects. These unforeseen circumstances are dealt with as quickly as if these were part of the plans from the beginning.
