This includes gathering and evaluating key project documentation such as architectural drawings, engineering reports, and any additional materials a prospective client may wish to provide for consideration.

Francis believes that establishing clear guidelines early in the process is essential to the success of any project. By carefully outlining the scope, identifying important details, and developing an estimated preliminary budget, he helps create a solid foundation that allows the project to move forward efficiently and in a positive direction for both the client and the project team.

Supervision & Project Oversight

David Bach

David oversees on-site project management and is responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to ensure each phase of construction runs smoothly and efficiently. His hands-on approach to site supervision helps maintain high standards of workmanship while keeping projects on schedule and aligned with the overall vision.

From the very beginning of a project, David prioritizes clear communication, organization, and attention to detail to ensure clients can return to their homes as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
